Image
The title of the article is ‘Without data Indonesia's gender equality promise falters’. The article was published on 7 March 2022. The article discussed about the progress or commitment to gender equality in Indonesia facing challenges or setbacks due to a lack of sufficient and accurate data.                  If gender equality in the workplace cannot be maintained, the impact on employees is profound and far-reaching. Firstly, those who are impacted, particularly women, might feel unfairly treated, frustrated, and demotivated. A substantial reduction in morale, job satisfaction, and general well-being can result from the lack of equitable opportunities, just compensation, and impartial career advancement. This could therefore lead to lower employee engagement and higher turnover rates as skilled workers look for companies that value and prioritize gender equality. In addition, st...

Book Review >> Dheo's by Anjell

Image
This novel is easily my top favorite from Anjell. As you know this novel is in Malay language. Most of Malay novel always have a happy ending and the different about the story is the storyline. This Dheo's Malay Novel is about the story between a man, who is known as Dheo Han and a lady, who is known as Nurissa Rose Binti Noriman. The lady of Nurissa Rose got lost memory after an accident and her also coma in the hospital almost 1 year. She does not remember most of her memory. Everything changed after her father passed away and on that moment, she meets the guy, who is the name of Dheo Han. This guy's character is mysterious, stoic and cold. It's different if to compare with the lady of Nurissa Rose. The story is beginning between of them after that, when Nurissa Rose do not have the choice to work with Dheo Han and the background of Dheo Han make the story become a little bit to thriller. For me, this storyline of Dheo's Malay Novel quite interesting with the sweet ...

Less than 10 months in KMP was really awesome to me, as I met a lot of nice, friendly and great people there.  At first, it was very difficult for me to enter this matriculation college, there were certain reasons, which is the place was far away from my house, could I bring the subject in this matriculation college, and there were many questions that were playing in my mind. But with the support of my family and this is the only opportunity for me to continue studying so, I just continued my journey to Perlis Matriculation College. Study in matriculation is quite tough. You're very busy and will have no time to waste except Saturday and Sunday. So, you need to prepare mentally and physically here. But don't worry, it's going to be fun and adventure!! The first person that I knew was my roommates, Eisya, Aina and Tasya. My roo...

Last year, I went to Kuantan, Pahang with six of my friends, Azra, Aikha, Aya, Sally, Tia and Zahra. Here are some of the pictures that we have captured there; I will never forget and I wish i can spend time with them again :)
